摘    要:通过方酸菁与卟啉相互作用的研究证实,方酸菁可以作为很好的能量受体发红光利用这一原理,用方酸菁掺杂于8-羟基喹啉铝作为发光层,获得了红光有机薄膜电致发光器件,为了说明相关的机理,我们考察了方酸菁和8-羟基喹啉铝在固体膜中相互作用的情况,把光致发光光谱和电致发光光光结合起来,证实该器件的发光机制与激发态的8-羟基喹啉铝到掺杂剂方酸菁的能量传递过程有关,在驱动电压的作用下,TPD(一种有机材料)传输的空

Abstract:The study on the interaction between squarylium cyanine dye (Sq) and porphyrin has confirmed that Sq can serve as an energy acceptor to emit red light. On basis of the principle, a red organic electroluminescent device using Sq doped 8 hydroxyquinolium aluminum (Alq) as the emission layer (EML) has been developed. Spectroscopic beha vior on the interaction of Sqs with Alq in the solid film were investigated to help understanding the luminescence mechanism. By linking the photoluminescence spectrum and electroluminescence spectrum together, a mechanism including the energy transfer process from excited Alq to Sq was suggested. Upon application of driving voltage, TPD supports injection and transportation of holes while Alq is capable of trapping electrons. The recombination of injected eletrons and holes on the emission layer (EML) creates the excited Alq molecules. The red electroluminescence on such device is ascribed to the luminescence from the singlet excited states of Sq, which are produced by energy transfer process from the excited Alq to Sq.
