摘    要:剪切流传感器是海洋微结构湍流测量的重要工具,传感器的结构、装配工艺以及信号处理对其性能有较大影响本文中使用Fluent软件对传感器壳体结构进行水动力学分析,采用ANSYS软件对传感器内部结构的变形和压电效应进行计算,恨据计算结果优化传感器结构为提高传感器各部件的装配精度,设计专用夹具对其进行装配,同轴度达到0.01mm为处理传感器信号和标定传感器灵敏度,基于微处理芯片MSC1210与LPC2114开发出低功耗、高精度数据采集系统,并研制了标定装置试验表明,本文中研制的剪切流传感器及数据采集系统能够满足海洋微结构湍流测量要求

Abstract:Shear probe is an important instrument to measure ocean microstructural turbulence. The structure,the assembly and the signal processing of shear probe have great influence on its accuracy. In this paper,Fluent was used to analyze hydrodynamic capability for shear probe shell and ANSYS was used to compute deformation and charge produced by the inner structure of shear probe so that shell and inner structure can be improved according to the computation. Special clamp was devised to assemble shear probe accurately.so as to achieve the precision about 0.01 mm. In order to process the signal of shear probe and to calibrate its sensitivity ,data acquisition system with low power and high precision was developed based on MSC1210 and LPC2114 microprocessor,and calibration mechanism was designed to test and calibrate shear probe. Experiments show shear probe and data acquisition designed in this paper can satisfy the requirement of ocean turbulence.
