| 摘 要： | 采用外标法测定维生素K2(20)的含量,建立了维生素K2(20)的RP-HPLC测定方法.色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×Φ4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇,检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,线性范围为0.04~0.4 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 6).方法操作简便,重现性好,可用于维生素K2(20)的含量测定. |

| Abstract: | A HPLC external standard method for the determination of menatetrenone was established.The column:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×Φ4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase:methanol,flow rate:1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength:270 nm.Calibrated linear curve of menatetrenone concentratrion was in the range of 0.04—0.4 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 6).This reliable and reproducible HPLC analysis offers an option in the quality control of menatetrenone. |
