摘    要:本文较系统地研究了ICP/AES操作条件及酸介质。NaBH4溶液浓度对As、Se和Ge谱线强度以及信背比的影响,讨论了这些元素的最佳检测条件,考察了一些共存元素对氢化物光谱信号的影响,观察到As、Se和Ge氢化物发生中Ge的光谱信号的一些特殊行为,及Cu对Ge的氢化物光谱信号的增强。

Abstract:This paper deals mainly with the influences of ICP/AES operating conditions,acidic media and concentration of NaBH.solution on the intensity and S/B ratio of the spectral lines of hydride generation of As,Se and Ge.The preferable experimental conditions for the detection of these elements are discussed and the influences of co-existent elements(Na,Ca,Fe,Al,Cu,Co,Ni,Zn) on the signals are investigated.The special behaviour of Ge shown in the spectral signals of the hydride generation of As, Se and Ge and of the spectral signal enhancement of Ge in the presence of Cu are observed.
