花鲈逆转指环虫病病理学研究

摘    要:对花鲈的逆转指环虫病进行了病理学研究。结果表明,逆转指环虫寄生于花鲈的初级鳃丝,轻度感染导致鳃丝组织完整性的破坏;中度感染引起鳃丝组织增生、肿胀和融合;重度感染引起鳃丝组织坏死、崩解以及粘液细胞数量的极剧减少,并有粘液物质的排空。研究还表明,逆转指环虫的尾腺可能分泌某种物质参与损害宿主组织过程。

Abstract:The microhabitat of Dactylogyrus inversus and histopathological response of perch to D. inversus were investigated by serial sectioning the gills of naturally infected fishes. D. inversus attaches to the primary filament by inserting its haptor deeply into the connective tissue. Infection by these parasites causes breakdown of organic integrity, hyperplasia, swelling and fusion of the respiratory epithelium, leucocyte infiltration, fibrosis and necrosis. This study further indicated that certain products secreted by posterior glands of D. inversus may involved in the process of damage.
