| Abstract: | Summary Recently, Carlson gave a new infinite-horizon lower closure result [12, 14].Here an infinite-dimensional generalization of this result is derived by combining a new extension of Chacon's biting lemma with a known infinite-dimensional lower semicontinuity result for problems with a finite time horizon. |
