| Abstract: | The adduct produced in the reaction between cyclohexyl isocyanide and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates was trapped by benzoyl hydrazones to afford highly functionalized ketenimines in good yields. The reaction is characterized by mild conditions, high selectivity, and tolerance to various functional groups. |
