| Abstract: | A simple and efficient synthetic route of 2′‐amino‐2′‐deoxyuridine was studied. 2′‐Amino‐2′‐deoxyuridine was incorporated into 1,8‐naphthalimides in the 2′‐position of 2′‐sugar via linking arms of different lengths. A convenient method for the synthesis of the conjugates was adopted. |
