| Abstract: | In this paper, we demonstrate a miniature LDV device, using a semiconductorlaser diode and a PIN-diode as its light source and photodetector respectively. The possibility ofminiature was proved. This provided an effective route to develope a portable laser-Doppler-Velocimeter. |
