祝光苹果受精过程的观察

摘    要:对祝光苹果受精过程的观察结果如下: 授粉后4-6小时,大量花粉粒在柱头上萌发。授粉后50小时,全部花粉管长至花柱基部。授粉后5-6天,一精核与卵核融合形成合子核;另一精核与次生核融合形成初生胚乳核。合子休眠期约为2天。授粉后7-8天,在胚囊中见到二细胞原胚及数个胚乳游离核。与此同时,胚囊中大颗粒淀粉消失。

Observation of Fertilization Process of Apple American Summer Pearmain
Abstract:A large number of pollen grains germinated on the gtigma 4-6 hours after pollination. All pollen tubes growed and extened to stylar base 50 hours after pollination. One sperm nucleus fused with a ovun nucleus to form zygote nucleus 5-6 days after pollin-ation. The other sperm nucleus fused with the secondary nucleus to form primary endosperm nucleus. Zygote dormancy stage was two days approximately. There ware two cell proembryo and some endosperm free nucleuses in the embryo sac 7-8 days after pollination; at the same time large granular starch disappeared in the embryo sac.
