| 摘 要： | 首次报道了仙茅素A2,5-双(3,4-二羟基苯基)呋喃-3-甲醛]的全合成。以3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酮为起始原料,经Paal-Knorr反应,选择性溴代及还原等反应合成了仙茅素A,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和ESI-MS表征。

| Abstract: | Toatl synthesis of Crassifogenin A2,5-bis(3,4-dioxhydrylphenyl)furan-3-formaldehyde] are reported for the first time.Crassifogenin A was synthesized from 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone by Paal-Knorr reaction,selective bromation and reduction reactions.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and ESI-MS. |
