摘    要:首次利用L-酒石酸和L-扁桃酸对吡咯烷/哌啶衍生的氨基膦氧化合物进行拆分制得高对映选择性的氨基膦氧类有机小分子催化剂。将其应用于N-取代苯乙酮亚胺的不对称硅氢化还原反应中,以中等收率和对映体选择性获得相应的N-取代苯基手性胺。

Abstract:Aminophosphinyl oxides(Ⅰ ~Ⅳ) with high enantioselectivity were prepared by resolution of aminophosphinyl oxides which derived from pyrrolidine and piperidine using L-tartaric acid and L-mandelic acid as the resolution agent for the first time.Ⅰ ~Ⅳ were further applied as organic catalyst in the asymmetric hydrosilylation of N-substituted acetophenone ketimine by HSiCl3 to give chiral N-substituted-pheny amine in moderate yield and enantioselectivity.
