风扇/增压级非设计工况特性分析

摘    要:本文对某涡扇发动机风扇-外涵道-内涵道整体进行三维定常数值模拟,对内外涵道在设计转速下的流量特性和非设计工况下的气动性能进行了分析。得到内外涵道的稳定工作区域以及在内外涵道堵塞和近失速点的流场信息,为风扇/增压级整体结构的性能评估和优化设计提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:Performance of a fan-bypass-core compressor at off-design operating points were analyzed by solving the steady three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations. The flow fields for maximum mass-flow-rate and near stall operating points were respectively described. The detail flow field information provided by the calculation can be used as a reference for blade optimal design and aerodynamic and acoustic performance evaluation of the engine.
