| 摘 要： | 在阐述ＦＴＴＣ型双向ＨＦＣ综合信息网络结构的基础上，对１５７０ＢＢＨＦＣ的计算机双向数据通信系统，双向ＣＡＴＶ系统及电缆电话系统三个子系统的功能，构成及网络的监控管理进行了详细的设计，并给出了系统的主要性能指标。
