Abstract:The fluoride in aluminum ash is an environmental hazard factor in aluminum ash. The element and phase composition of 15 aluminum ash samples were detected using XRF and XRD, and the data was analyzed by factor analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS 25.0. The 15 samples were divided into four categories, and a total of 5 samples were selected from each category. The sample is used as a representative for follow-up tests. Ion chromatography and fluoride ion selective electrode were used to detect the fluoride ions in the aluminum ash leaching solution. The results of the two devices were not statistically different; the fluoride ion selective electrode was used to determine the fluorine content in the aluminum ash. A strategy of combining the measurement results of different fractionation volumes (1-10mL) with the addition of standard recovery is proposed, which can quickly and effectively identify whether interfering ions have an effect on the determination results, and infer the appropriate fractionation volume , The method precision test results show that the relative standard deviation of the measurement results is less than 10%, indicating that the method is accurate and reliable.
