The magnetic field of Langmuir oscillations |

| Abstract: | The small-scale quasistationary magnetic field appearing in a plasma exhibiting plasma oscillations is considered. It is shown that this magnetic field is capable of leading to dissipation of the electromagnetic waves propagating in the plasma. Zh. Tekh. Fiz. 67, 140–141 (June 1997) |
