摘    要:本文论述了具有串联电容补偿器的感应电动机调压调速控制系统的结构原理,推导了串联电容补偿器的参数估算公式,给出了试验电动机和系统的开环,闭环特性曲线、功率因数曲线、效率曲线和实测波形.实验表明,本系统能大大改善感应电动机的运行性能和提高感应电动机的功率因数和效率,在整个功率输出范围内,功率因数高达0.94,效率高达0.92.具有串联电容补偿器的调压调速系统与未加补偿器系统相比较,其系统总效率约提高3%.

Abstract:The configuration principle of the adjustable speed system with a series capacitive compensator is described. The parameter reckoning formulas of series capacitive compensator are introduced. In this paper, the system open-loop and closed-loop characteristic curves, power factor curves, efficiency curves and test waves are also give. Experimental results indicate that this system can greatly improve IM operating performance as well as rise IM power factor and efficiency. The power factor rises to 0.94 and the efficiency rises to 0.92 in total power output range. Under identical conditions, as compared with non-capacitive compensator system, the total efficiency of this system rises about 3%.
