| Abstract: | The first synthesis of linear oligomers (a dimer, tetramer, hexamer and octamer) of fully hydroxylated analogues of nylon 6 by iterative formation of peptide bonds from a protected 6-amino-6-deoxy- -allonate monomer is reported. |
