双蓝色基BG染料的合成及其溶解度的改善(英)

摘    要:本文以溴氨酸与二氨基二苯甲烷为原料合成了双蓝色基BG染料,采用了正交实验设计方法确定了其最佳条件,产品的收率达(85~90)%.进而,选择性地加入诸如分散剂NNO、乳化剂OP-10和减水剂K,改善其溶解性能,并采用UV-vis、FTIR和HPLC对该合成染料进行了表征.

Abstract:Bis Basic Blue BG, a solubility-improved acid Blue dye and one of anthraquinone series dyes, was prepared from condensation by bromamine acid (BAA) and bis(4-aminophenyl)methane in the presence of composite catalyst and related surfactants. The optimum conditions on the synthetic results were obtained by means of orthogonal experimental design to give the product in a yield of 85-90%. Furthermore, solubility improvement of the dye was investigated, alternatively by adding some auxiliary agents such as dispersing agent NNO, emulsifier OP-10, and reduce water agent K. And the synthetic dry was characterized by UV-vis, FTIR, and HPLC as well.
