摘    要:在重大自然灾害及事件发生后,地面通信系统瘫痪、交通受阻,本文主要探讨如何利用热气球等浮空器平台,承载大容量基站,升空数千米,在受灾区域附近及上空为受灾地区提供地面通信覆盖并确保移动通信畅通的可行性方案。

Abstract:The ground communication system and traffic is blocked after the natural disasters and the incident, this paper mainly discusses feasible solutions that how to use helium ship, hot air balloon, aerostat and so on carrying capacity of base station, levitating several kilometers, to provide ground communication coverage for the affected areas in the affected region near, ensuring the smooth flow of mobile communications.
