创新与当前高校教师队伍存在的相关问题研究

时代呼唤创新型教师，而现实中却存在总量不足、结构失衡、功利倾向、创新意识和能力不强、创新人格尚不健全等诸多问题。究其原因，主要是管理体制特别是人事制度方面存在许多弊端；中国社会数千年的化积淀不无负面影响；支撑创新的物质条件也明显不足。广大高等教育工作应尽快对症下药，除旧布新，以承担起高等学校对社会经济化发展的不可推卸的责任。

On Innovation and Related Problems of the Teaching Staff in the Institution of Higher Learning

The times calls for teachers of new type,however,there are various problems of the teaching staff such as: insufficient in amount,imbalance of the teaching staff ;tendency to profit and fame,lack of capacity of innovation. The reasons lie in the managing system,especially in many shortcomings of the personnel system. There is negative influence of the traditional civilization and lack of the material base for innovation. All the people of the higher education should seek for effective solutions to the problems and undertake the economic and cultural development in the institution of higher learning
