| 摘 要： | 本文用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定饲料中钙,并对等测溶液的酸度和氧化镧的加入量进行了讨论,当待测溶液酸度不大于1.3%时,用氧化镧作释放剂,测定结果稳定,本方法简便,快捷,具有良好的精密度和准确度,RSD为0.70%,加标回收率为99.4%-100.3%.

| Abstract: | Calcium in feedstuff was detected by FAAS,and the added volume of hydrochloric acid and lanthanum oxide was studied.When the acidity of determined solution is under 1.3%,in the presence of lanthanum oxide which is used as releasing agent,the result obtained is stable and reliable.This method is simple,rapid and has good precision and accuracy.The relative standard derivation is 0.70 %.The recovery rate is 99.4% and 100.3%. |
