| Abstract: | This paper presents a kind of improved optical setup of Talbot shearing interferometry,namely, single-grating setup. Detailed theoretical analysis of the single-grating setup is presented. By means of the improved setup,the slope and curvature measurement of out-plane deformation is realized. |
