压水堆燃料组件池边检查技术研究进展

摘    要: 燃料组件池边检查是核电站燃料组件首要且必不可少的重要检测项目。基于压水堆燃料组件水下检查引出池边检查技术特点, 分析了当前池边检查技术的国内外研究现状, 介绍了燃料组件水下外观、尺寸测量、涡流氧化膜测量等池边检查技术。池边检查技术可以准确可靠地得到压水堆内燃料组件辐照后表面状态、辐照伸长、包壳氧化程度等辐照信息数据, 为压水堆燃料组件堆内辐照稳定性和完整性等评价提供必要依据。

Abstract:Fuel assemblies poolside inspection (PSI) is an important test in nuclear power plants. In this paper, PSI technology is introduced, including its principle, inspection contents, and various methods. The research status at home and abroad is summarized. PSI technology usually includes visual inspection, dimension measurement and oxide film measurement. It is an important method for irradiation effect research, and has been successfully used for surface inspection, irradiation growth and oxide layer thickness test of fuel assembly, providing necessary basis for evaluation of irradiation stability and integrity of pressurized water reactor fuel assembly.
