| 摘 要： | 从理论上分析了阴极材料密度分布对CsI/MCP反射式X射线光阴极量子效率的影响，制备了不同密度分布的CsI/MCP反射式X射线光阴极，通过实验测试，优化出了最佳密度分布结构。
