Global Dimension of Transitive Square-Free Rings |

| Abstract: | Each transitive square-free ring R has a canonical poset. In this paper we investigate connections between the structure of this poset and the projective dimensions of the simple R-modules. We then use these results to characterize the posets of transitive square-free rings with global dimension less than 3. |
