FRAGMENTATION DES AMINO-2 STEROIDES EN SPECTROMETRIE DE MASSE

The mass spectrometric fragmentation of the 2-dimethylaminosteroids has been studied and interpretations are proposed for the formation of the principal fragment ions. A comparative study with the mass spectrum of a β-amino alcohol (3 OH) allows the determination of the initial C? C bond rupture in the mechanism of formation of the principal fragment ions. The fragmentation pattern of 2- and 3-amino steroids are compared.
