摘    要:在传统的数据采集装置中,单片机加采集卡方式存在采集通道少、单任务及实时性差等不足;工控机加装采集卡的方式费用较高且不宜维护。由于ARM芯片体积小、价格低、可靠性高,成为当前嵌入式数据采集装置的首选。选用ARM8006工控主板,设计开发了多通道实时数据采集监控系统,开发的设备能够保证采集过程中数据的可靠性及实时性,并可将现场采集数据通过无线网络传输到上位机,整个系统实现了数据采集、显示、存储及无线传输等功能。

Abstract:In the traditional data acquisition device,there are some shortages in SCM(single chip microcomputer)+AC(acquisition card)mode such as the less acquisition channels,single task, and poor real-time performance, etc.; and ICM(industrial control motherboard)+AC(acquisition card)mode is not easy to maintain and has higher cost. Because of the advantages of smaller volume,lower cost and higher reliability, the ARM chip has become the first choice of embedded data acquisition device. Based on ARM8006 industrial control motherboard,this paper develops a multi-channel real-time data acquisition and monitoring system, which can ensure the reliability and instantaneity of the data in acquisition process,and transmit the data collected in the site to the host computer through wireless network, realize the functions of the data acquisition,display,storage and wireless transmission.
