| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从木香中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对木香挥发油进行化学成分的分析。利用化学计量学方法对重叠峰进行分辨,对各个色谱峰定性,并用色谱峰总体积积分和归一化法获得各化合物的相对含量。共鉴定了60种化合物,占挥发油总成分的97%以上。其中主要有土木香内酯、巴西菊内酯、(Z)6,(Z)9-十五二烯-1-醇等。

| Abstract: | Water distillation method was used for extracting the volatile oil in the Aucklandia lappa Decne.,and the components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Chemometric resolution method was taken to resolve the lapping peaks into pure chromatograms and pure spectra,every peak was identified,the contents of the components were determined by overall volume integral and normalization of peak areas.60 components were characterized which accounted for 97% of the total volatile oil.The major constituents were alantolactone,eremanthin,(Z)6,(Z)9-pentadecadien-1-ol etc. |
