摘 要: | 2-氨基-9,9-二甲基芴分别与2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和4-二乙胺基水杨醛经Schiff碱反应合成了两种新型芴类Schiff碱 (4和5),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS和元素分析表征。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱初步研究了4和5的溶剂效应和聚集诱导发光性质。结果表明: 4和5的紫外吸收和荧光光谱受质子性溶剂的影响明显高于非质子性溶剂,同时两者具有良好的聚集诱导发光增强效应。THF-H2-O体系中含水量分别达到60%和70%时, 4和5的荧光强度最大。

Synthesis of Two Novel Fluorene-based Schiff Bases and Their Solvent Effects and Aggregation Induced Luminescence Properties |

Abstract: | Two novel Fluorene-Based Schiff Bases(4 and 5) were synthesized via Schiff base reaction of 9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-amine with 3-hydroxy-2-naphthaldehyde or 4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxy-benzaldehyde, respectively. The structures were characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR , ESI-MS and elemental analysis. The solvent effects and aggregation-induced emission( AIE) properties of 4 and 5 were preliminarily investigated by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra. The results showed that the influ-ence of protonic solvents on the UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra of 4 and 5 was much higher than that of aprotic solvents. 4 and 5 possessed good properties of aggregation-induced luminescence enhance-ment. When the contents of water in THF-H2 O increased to 60% and 70%, the fluorescent intensity of 4 and 5 reached the maximum. |
