摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,S-正十二烷基-S′-(α,α′-二甲基-α″-乙酸基)三硫代碳酸酯为链转移剂,经RAFT/细乳液法制得PMMA(PDI 1.44)。以PMMA细乳液为种子乳液,与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯聚合合成了PMMA-b-PGMA两嵌段聚合物(1),其结构和性能经1H NMR, FT-IR, GPC和DSC确证。结果表明:1的PDI为2.04,玻璃化转变温度为92.35 ℃。

Abstract:Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA, PDI 1. 44) was prepared by RAFT-miniemulsion poly-merization, using MMA as monomer and S-1-dodecyl-S′-(α,α-dimethyl-α″-acetic acid) trithiocarbon-ate as chain transfer agent. Poly( methyl methacrylate)-b-poly( glycidyl methacrylate) diblock copoly-mer(1) was synthesized using PMMA miniemulsion as seed emulsion and glycidyl methacrylate as the second monomer. The structures and properties were confirmed by 1 H NMR, FT-IR, GPC and DSC. The results showed that the PDI and Tg of 1 were 2. 04 and 92. 35 ℃, respectively.
