沥青混合料连续松弛时间谱的计算及应用

摘    要:松弛时间谱是粘弹性函数的核心,获得连续松弛时间谱一直是难点问题。本文尝试采用动态剪切流变试验,结合时温换算法则得到沥青混合料全频域内的主曲线,应用相关的计算方法,获得连续松弛时间谱的解析表达式,并简单介绍松弛谱在研究沥青混合料性能方面的应用。结果表明,动态剪切流变试验能够获得宽频频率谱,成为获得全温全频域连续松弛时间谱的有效途径。

Abstract:Relaxation time spectrum is the viscoelasticity function core. It has been a difficult thing to obtain continuous relaxation time spectrum by far. This paper attempts to use the dynamic shearing rheometer to make dynamic frequency sweep for asphalt mixture, which gets the master curve of dynamic module changing along with the frequency with over 15 amount levels. Then analytic expression of continuous relaxation time spectrum is obtained by correlative calculation method. At last, application of relaxation time spectrum in studying asphalt mixture performance is introduced simply. Results indicate that the dynamic rheological test can get the master curve, and it is an effectual method to obtain continuous relaxation time spectrum for asphalt mixture.
