Abstract: | The optical field coherence function of composite speckle field in laser Doppler measurement of rotational speed is obtained. Meanwile, based on the relation between optical field coherence function and optical intensity coherence function, the optic field coherence function of composite speckle field as well as the coherence function of output current of photo detector is derived. Through carrying out the Fourier transformation of the optical intensity coherence function of composite speckle field, the power spectrum distribution of signal in laser Doppler measurement of rotational speed is detemined. In the case of the best measuring accuracy, the optimum laser spot radius is worked out. |
