海参提取物对网球运动后乳酸及血气指标影响研究

摘    要:观察海参提取物对网球运动后血乳酸及酸碱代谢的影响.随机挑选辽宁师范大学体育学院运动系学生20名,随机分为运动组(n=10)和对照组(n=10).实验组服用海参提取物,每日1次,每日35克,持续2周.对照组服用等量的安慰剂.运动方案为一次训练比赛.结果显示,与对照组相比,运动组在运动后血乳酸上升幅度及BE、HCO3-的下降幅度明显减小(P<0.05).本实验提示,海参提取物对网球运动后血乳酸及酸碱代谢产生明显的影响,对延缓运动性疲劳的发生具有重要的意义.

Abstract:To explore effects of sea cucumber extractive on the blood lactic acid and blood gas of tennis players after exercise.20 students from physical education institute of Liaoning Normal University were selected randomly and divided into two groups: control group(n=10) and exercise group(n=10).The exercise groups took the sea cucumber extractive 35mg once a day,lasting for two weeks.The control group took the same amount placebo.The exercise proposal is a competition.The result show that the level of lactic acid were lower than the control group significantly(P<0.05);and the level of BE and HCO-3 were higher than the control group significantly(P<0.05).The results hint that the sea cucumber extractive can maintain the acid-base balance,help for resistance the exercise fatigue.
