硫脲浸金溶液中金的分离富集与回收

摘    要:通过对氧化剂浓度,硫脲浓度以及酸度等的条件试验,确定了732型阳离子交换树脂吸附金的最佳条件,对金的吸附率均大于92.5%,依所选择的条件进行铁铜的洗脱,结果显示铁、铜的洗脱率可分别达到70%及100%左右,而金不被解吸,最后选用硫代硫酸钠等络合剂解吸树脂上的金。

Abstract:When 732-type strong acid cation exchange resin was adopted, the gold was absorbed almost completely. The conditions such as oxidant concentration, thiourea concentration and acidity were examined in the paper. The optimum condition of gold absorbed by 732 cation resin was determined. Under the optimum conditions about 70 percent iron and 100 percent copper were desorbed, and gold could not be desorbed.It was a nontoxic, economical, easy and high efficient method. At last gold on the resin was relieved with Na_2S_2O_3.
