湖南邵阳城乡老年人身体形态状况的对比研究

根据2010年邵阳市城乡60～64岁和65～69岁两年龄组男女老年人的体质监测结果，对比研究了邵阳市城乡老年人的身体形态指标方面的差异．研究结果显示，邵阳市城市男性老年人体重和克托莱指数明显高于乡村，而腹部皮褶厚度是随着年龄的增加，城市男老年人比乡村男老年人要明显增厚；邵阳市城市女性老年人的体重、克托莱指数、三围、腹部、上臂和肩胛皮褶厚度等身体形态指标均明显高于乡村；邵阳市城市男女老年人的体型均大于乡村，腹部脂肪堆积程度均高于乡村，肥胖趋势也高于乡村，但身高均随年龄的增长而下降．针对上述结果，本研究提出了相应的建议，以提高邵阳市老年人的体质健康水平．

The Comparative Study of the Aged Body Form Condition in Urban and Rural of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province

According to the results of constitution monitoring of 2 aged groups of 60 -64 and 65 -69 in 2010,we studied the difference of the aspects of body form indexes of the aged in urban and rural of Shaoyang City comparatively. The results showed that the Quitelet＇s index and body weight of the urban male aged in Shaoyang city were higher than rural＇s obviously, and belly skinfold thickness increased according to age,the urban male＇s were thicker than the rural＇s. The body form indexes of body weight, Quitelet＇s index,vital statistics,belly,the upper arm and shoulder skinfold thickness of the urban female aged in Shaoyang city were higher than rural＇s obviously. The bodily form of the urban male and female aged in Shaoyang city were bigger than the rural＇s, the accumulation degree of belly fat was higher in urban than the rural＇s, the fatness current were higher too, but the stature declined according to age. According to such result, our study gave relevant suggestions,in order to improve the level of physical health of the aged of Shaoyang City.
