13C Fourier transform n.m.r.: XIII—reassignment of the 13C spectrum of ergosterol |

| Abstract: | The complete labeling pattern of ergosterol isolated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown with [1-13C] acetate is detailed and the results of this study have led to a reassignment of carbons 5, 8, 12, 16, 22 and 23 in the 13C n.m.r. spectrum of ergosterol. |
