高压注水管网积垢清洗新技术研究

摘    要:在理论分析和试验研究的基础上,根据现场工程的要求,设计了一种新型高效脉冲射流清洗喷头,对胜利油田辛二注水站注水管线内以碳酸钙、硫酸钙为主,并含有少量硫酸钡、硫酸锶、氧化铁等成份的坚硬水垢进行了清洗处理,并做了对比实验.结果表明.脉冲射流对一些化学及其它物理方法无法清除的致密坚硬的水垢有良好的清洗效果,清洗速度快,除垢率达95%以上,经济效益十分显著

Abstract:Based on theoretical analysis and the data of experimental study,a new kindof high efficient self-resonating pulsating water jet clean head was designed in accordance withcleaning engineering. The scale composed of calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate,and a smallamount of barium sulfate and strontium sulfate in high pressure water injection pipe at a waterinjection station was cleaned.The result shows that self-vesonating pulsating water jet iseffective to clean the strong scale in the high pressure water injection pipe. Removal scale rateis over 95 percent.
