| 摘 要： | 通过mRNA差异显示法获得了与呼吸道合胞病毒感染SPC-A1细胞相关的52个表达序列标签(EST)片段，其中的一个EST片段g10-1在RSV感染后的细胞中高表达．采用生物信息学原理和方法对g10-1进行了鉴定后预测这是一个新基因片段，经电子克隆获得了761bp的延伸产物，并且通过了实验验证．该基因片段含有一个典型的54个氨基酸的ORF，命名为zlg10con，并对该序列进行了蛋白结构和功能的分析．

| Abstract: | In order to study the key genes involved in infection of RSV on host SPC-A1 cells, 52 ESTs sequences have been derived through DDRT-PCR. Among all the ESTs, g10-1,upregulationed of its expression,is identified to be a novel gene fragment by bioinformatics methods.Finally,761 bp contig products were obtained by contig,named as zlg10con,the open reading frame of zlg10con gene encodes a putative protein containing 54 amino acid residues.The zlg10con full-length cDNA sequence bas been verified and followed analysis the structure and functions of the potential protein. |
