Melting behavior of ethylene oxide–propylene oxide (sym-EPE) block copolymers |

| Abstract: | Melting points have been measured for several ethylene oxide–propylene oxide block copolymers (sym-EPE) chosen from the Pluronic range. Melting points of the block copolymers are lower than those of the corresponding poly(ethylene oxide) homopolymer by up to 4°C. The melting point depressions are much smaller than those observed for comparable sym-PEP block copolymers. |
