高速喷漆涡轮弹性耦合系统结构动态特性

摘    要:为提高喷漆涡轮的性能、使用寿命和可靠性,将一类高速喷漆涡轮系统机架与转子间精密滚动球轴承用约束矩阵来描述,并将整个涡轮系统考虑成柔性、耦合双弹性梁,运用模态综合法建立了弹性动力学模型.考虑转子前后两端喷杯及底盘偏心,建立了双面离心力作用下的转子子系统广义力模型.在此基础上,研究了耦合系统固有频率和主模态等系统动态特性以及转子末端的动态响应,揭示出支承轴承对耦合系统固有频率及转子末端振动幅值的影响规律.试验验证了该耦合系统弹性动力学建模方法的正确.

Abstract:For a type of high-speed painting automizer system, its bearing can be expressed by a constraint matrix, and the whole system can be described as an equivalent elastic coupling beam, and then the mode synthesis method is adopted to develop the dynamic model. Considering the eccentricity of the painting cup and automizor tray at the two ends of the rotor, the model of general force is set up, and the response of the end of the rotor is also analyzed at the same time. Then, the natural frequency, main modal and some other dynamic characteristics of the coupling system are studied, and the laws of the influence of the bearing on the coupling frequency and amplitude of the rotor are also found. At last, the correctness of the model was verified in experiments.
