辐照法制备的醋酸乙烯酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料与HDPE和PA6共混物的研究

摘    要:利用γ射线辐射引发醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)在蒙脱土(MMT)中的原位插层聚合,X射线衍射测试与透射电子显微镜观察结果表明,PVAc/MMT复合材料为纳米复合材料.其与HDPE和PA6的共混物的扫描电镜测试结果表明,PVAc-MMT纳米复合物以微胶囊的形式存在于PVAc-MMT/HDPE/PA6共混物中,均匀分散的PVAc-MMT纳米复合物改变了复合材料的相结构.热失重测试结果显示,PVAc-MMT/HDPE/PA6的起始分解温度明显高于PVAc/HDPE/PA6,热失重过程差异较大,MMT纳米粒子的存在改变了材料的结构,使材料热性能得到了改善.在PVAc-MMT/HDPE/PA6共混物中,PVAc-MMT具有增强与增韧作用.

Abstract:The in suit intercalated polymerization of vinyl acetate(VAc)-montmorillonite(MMT) was initiated via γ-ray irradiation and PVAc-MMT composite was obtained. PVAc was also prepared by the same way. X-ray diffraction(XRD) results show that the PVAc-MMT composite is a kind of nanocomposite, and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) observation gives the same result directly. Ternary blend composed of PVAc-MMT/HDPE/PA6(PMHP) was prepared by melt-mixing way, and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) testing result reveals that the PVAc-MMT nanocomposite dispersed in the PMHP for a kind of capsule particles. Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) results show that the thermal stability of PMHP is much greater than that of PVAc/HDPE/PA6(PHP) blend because of the phase structure change of PMHP and the existence of PVAc-MMT nanocomposite in that of the ternary blend of PMHP, for the same reason the mechanical properties of PMHP is better than HDPE and PHP blend.
