建设项目动态联盟背景下应用因子分析法评价伙伴施工安全

应用因子分析法对建设项目动态联盟背景下的伙伴施工安全进行评价。通过网站和问卷调查获取的数据提取出4个公共因子:安全检查因子、安全教育因子、安全会议因子和劳动保护因子;并确定了这4个公共因子和16个指标对伙伴施工安全的影响力度;相关性分析发现,伙伴施工安全水平与其绩效水平密切相关。最后对部分被调研企业中的17个企业的施工安全水平进行了综合评价,为其采取有效策略提高施工安全水平提供依据,也为盟主企业选择伙伴提供参考。

Evaluate Partner Building Safety Using Factor Analysis Method in the Setting of Virtual Enterprise of Construction Project

We use factor analysis method to evaluate partner building safety in the setting of virtual enterprise of construction project. By web and questionnaire we acquire the data from which we get 4 factors by data reduction, that are safety inspection, safety education, safety meetings and personal safety protection. Then, we get the affecting weight of each factor and each criterion to partner building safety by compute. Correlation analysis proves that partners' building safety level and their performance is correlative .At last, we evaluate 17 partners' building safety level, and provide partners some effective strategies to improve their building safety level and provide the main contractor the basis to select partners.
