| Abstract: | As DNA cleavage agent, a new diiron(III) complex (Fe2Lb), in which a DNA-intercalator "(pyrene) is covalently linked to a diferric moiety, has been synthesized and characterized. The DNA-binding property and DNA cleavage activity of the complex have also been investigated. |
