中草药—没药,莪术提取物主要组分的GC/ITD研究

摘    要:应用GC/ITD方法测定了中草药没药、莪术的超临界流体萃取和水蒸气蒸馏提取物的化学组成。在鉴定没药的41种、莪术的45种化合物中,倍半萜与呋喃倍半萜类化合物是主要组分。本文讨论了它们的离子阱质谱特征。

Abstract:The Constituents of the supercritical fluid extract and the steam distillate of Myrrh andCurcuma Zedoaria, two Chinese herbal medicine, were studied by GC/ITD. 41 and 45 com-pounds were identified respectively in Myrr hand Curcuma Zedoaria and the major compounds aresesquiterpenoids and furanosesquiterpenoids. The feature of their ion trap mass spectrum is alsodiscussed.
