摘    要:描述了大鼠血、脑中氯胺酮和二甲苯胺噻嗪同时测定的定量分析方法。该法用溶剂同时提取血中或脑中的氯胺酮和二甲苯胺噻嗪,并在气相色谱上与杂质有效分离。方法简单、可靠、灵敏度高。已用于给药后大鼠血、脑中氯胺酮和二甲苯胺噻嗪的定量测定,得到了有意义的结果。

Abstract:Ketamine and xylazine were extracted from plasma or brain homogenate of rats and thenseparated by GC. Quantitation was achieved using mass chromatogram. The detection limit in1mL plasma or 0.5mL brain homogenate for ketamine is 25ng and for xylazine is 50ng.
