低温管路阀门开启时不稳定过程的实验研究

摘    要:搭建了低温管路阀门开启过程的实验台,并对不同液氮压力和阀门气源压力下低温管路阀门开启时不稳定过程中的压力变化情况进行了实验研究。结果表明,阀门开启后阀门前的气腔空间被填充,因而产生压力的振荡。阀门开启速度越快,压力峰值越小。

Abstract:The experimental device of the unstable process when the valve is opened for a cryogenic pipe was established.The pressure variations of this process under different LN2 and gas-supply pressure were experimentally studied.The result shows that the pressure vibration occurs when the gas space before the valve is charged.The peak pressure is decreased when the opening speed of the valve is increased.
