半苞紫菊的化学成分

摘    要:从光苞紫菊(NotoserispsilolepisShih)全草中分离到三个新化合物,通过波谱分析和化学降解将它们的结构分别鉴定为4,6-二对羟基苯乙酰基-D-葡萄糖、3,6-二对羟基苯乙酰基-D-葡萄糖和6-对羟基苯乙酰基-D-葡萄糖。此外,还分离出7个倍半萜内酯和2个香豆素化合物,其结构分别为scorzoside,austricin,lactusideB,jacquilenin,crepidiasideA,crepidiasideB,notoserolideA,6,7-二羟基香豆素和野莴苣甙。

Abstract:From methanolic extracts of the whole plant of Notoseris psilolepis Shih, three new compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography on normal as well as reversed phase silica gel. Their structures were elucidated as 4,6 O di p hydroxylphenylacetyl D glucose, 3,6 O di p hydroxylphenylacetyl D glucose and 6 O p hydroxylphenylacetyl D glucose based on spectral evidence. Together with the new compounds, nine known ones were also isolated and identified as scorzoside, austricin, lactuside B, jacquilenin, crepidiaside A, crepidiaside B, notoserolide A, 6,7 dihydroxycoumarin and cichoriin, respectively.
