摘    要:—本文在永磁电机多极化和磁场正弦化设计的基础上,采用单片跟踪型轴角数字转换器(RDC)——2S80构成了无刷直流电动机直接驱动系统,重点分析了2S80抑制转矩波动的机理。实验表明,该系统满足了精密离心机对其驱动系统大转矩、低转矩波动的要求

Abstract:Following the work of designing the permanent magnet synchronous motor with configuration of multiple magnetic poles and sinusoidal-distributed field, this paper presents a brushless DC motor(BLDCM) system made up with the monolithic tracing type resolver-to-digital converter-2S80. Analysis is focused on minimizing the torque ripple of the BLDCM with 2S80. The experiments show that the system can provide high driving torque with low torque ripple which is necessary for precision centrifuge.
