Abstract:By using the finite-volume difference method for numerical solving of the steady threedimensional time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations, the effects of endwall boundary layersuction on the secondary flow field, the yaw angle and the total pressure loss coefficient ofa turbine stator cascade airs investigated. The results show that the endwall suction slotlocated near the suction side can more effectively restrain the secondary flow, reduce the lossand improve the uniformity of the outlet flow field than the slots in other locations.
